I would if I felt it was worth the time effort. Hahahaha. I actually hate most (98%) of the ones being done out there. Hardly insight and very obviously done by non-boxers. But does that mean I want to spend 5 hours of video editing? Not so much. I did release some on my paid membership.

I’ve used Grant, Reyes, Winning, and most recently Bayoneta. Winning is a very comfortable glove, much more comfortable than Reyes. For me, Grant takes the cake. The shape isn’t to flat or square, it’s more of an oval shape. This helps with ergonomics and they provide protection while delivering a nice pop.

Simple physics- snapping punches are less exhausting and loads your motoric tissues less hence may cause less trauma, besides it is faster because it relies of inertia rather than continual force..... Opposite goes with push punches- you are more likely to get trauma, you tire quickly, you are all open if you miss your target because early retraction is dangerous.... Upside- stronger for knockouts... Mike Tyson explains that he doesn't snap his punches, but rather pushes it.... Pushing punches are riskier and requirez better physical preparatuon and honed technique not to hurt yourself... When I started going to my gym I didn't know how to snap punches and hit ecerything with push punches that is how I got shoulder injury, needless to say my attacks were very slow even though powerful, and you generally don't learn how to relax your shoulders if you keep doing it...I was just too unprepared to utilize such technique. I took a very long break due to my trauma and now starting slowly.. my advice for those who find it hard to relax shoulders or snap- focus on rotsting yiur hips, even try punching the bag with your arm already fully extendes so you would see where the power is supposed to come from- hips not shoulders
